Clare

Clare is a loving single mom that is available for adoption at Streetdog. She successfully raised 8 beautiful pups and now enjoys the quiet life since her babies have all found wonderful homes. She is sweet and had no problems being in front of the camera almost instantly. For me Clare is the perfect dog. She doesn't bark and is pretty indifferent to other dogs on her walks (she is great on a leash) which is a big plus in my book. However she does love playing with other dogs, especially ex-Streetdog Weezer.

You can find more photos of Clarice here and the other Streetdog shoots at my Gallery page. If you are interested in adopting Clare head over to the Streetdog adoption page.

Cruz

Cruz (no relation to Tom) loves many things in life. First and foremost he loves tires. The bigger the better. He also loves the South Main area in downtown Memphis. He happily strolled around saying hi to people and dogs he met on the way. His last love was his dog wrangler Megan. They hit it off instantly and Megan provided him with many treats along his walk. Cruz is adoptable via the Streetdog organization. To find out more about Cruz and other adoptable dogs, visit their adoption page and check out my gallery of other Streetdogs here.

Hey it's Hodges!

Make no mistake about it, Hodges is a lover. We have fostered him off and on over the past year and he is—without a doubt—our favorite Streetdog to date. Hodges LOVES people and people love him. He also loves couches (as you can see below), long walks and a KONG filled with peanut butter. Hodges is currently looking for a long-term foster so check out the photos below (and here) and if you'd like to meet him, go to the Streetdog Foundation page for more information.

Meet Pafford

Guest Post by Megan Schmitt Last Saturday the weather was so nice we photographed two of Streetdog Foundation’s adoptable dogs.

The first “photo shoot” was with Pafford. Pafford was thrilled to be outside with us on such a pretty day. He’s young and handsome, has a lot of energy and is so, so smart. He could not take in everything around him fast enough and really had fun exploring on South Main. So while Pafford stayed busy with the weekend sights and smells, we snuck in a few shots of him in his element.

Here are some of our favorite photos from Pafford’s shoot. He’s available for fostering and/or adoption through Streetdog Foundation - check out their adoption page for more information. You can also find a permanent record of his photos over here on my gallery page.

Meet Baltus

I'm happy to announce I've started doing some photo work with the wonderful Streetdog Foundation here in Memphis, TN. We have fostered a few dogs from them in the past and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. We are trying to highlight some of the dogs they have so here is Baltus! Baltus is a very vocal chap with a nice smile and demeanor. We were taken with him almost immediately. He is a very manageable size and definitely had a pep in his step as we walked him around South Main. Here are some of our favorite photos from his shoot and you can find a permanent record of his photos over here on my gallery page. Baltus is available for fostering, check out their Adoption page for more info.
